between you and Club Resorto for the use of and access to the Services and/or
other contents of this website.

generally includes accommodation charges, taxes (unless specified otherwise)
and in special cases some meals (Breakfast /Lunch / Dinner). It never comprises
any personal expense or other additional charges like telephone calls,
personal-man services, entrance fees of any monuments and bar charges, etc.
Mode of Payments & the Policies-
Our payment gateway is completely secure and customers can make the
online payments through a safe transaction process that ensures their personal
security codes will not be revealed in any circumstances.
Communication Policy of the Site-
1- On transacting with this site,
you will receive an e-mailfrom Club Resorto for the status of your transaction.
The e-mail will be sent to thee-mail address provided by you and Club Resorto
is not responsible for the receipt ofthe supposed e-mail in your inbox. Be
careful in providing right e-mail I'd.
2- The customer acknowledges that
the SMS sent by Club Resorto is an added facility for the convenience of the
customers. It is not compulsory as per the law to provide SMS service alerts to
the customers. If you don't receive any SMS for any reason, Club Resorto is not
liable for the same.
3- Club Resorto is not
responsible to provide information about any change in flight schedules,
cancellation and status of airline or hotel etc.

General Terms-
Club Resorto, as being a reputed and responsible travel agency,
provides you the best possible information about the hotels and airlines.
However, it is advised to all the clients to make a personal inquiry to avoid
any confusion & mess.
We are not responsible for any delay & alteration in your trip
due to unavoidable circumstances, which can be anything.
We are not responsible for any damage, loss or injury made during
enjoying the holiday packages provided by us. You are accountable for your own
safety measures.
We are also not accountable for any human error that gone
unnoticed by the clients and our staffs.
Cancellation Policy:
1- Every booking made
on travel.clubresorto.com is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline,
which may vary by flight and booking class.
2- Some booked fares
may be non-refundable as per the specific airline's policy.
3- Online Cancellations Only : Cancellations must be made online only by visiting My Booking
Section on travel.clubresorto.com.
4- Club Resorto Cancellation Charges : In addition to the airline cancellation charges,
Club Resorto will charge INR 300/- per passenger per sector for each
cancellation.
5- Only cancellation
requests made online (Travel date/time must be more than 6
hours from the time of travel) shall be entertained. Club Resorto shall not be liable to entertain
any cancellation request made through any other medium like email, phone etc.
6- If you have done a
'Web Check-in' with the airline, please ensure you web check-out yourself
before placing the cancellation request. Club Resorto will not be able to
process the refund for the same if web-check-out is not done by the customer and Club Resorto will not take any responsibility for
the same.
Refund Policy:
1- It is mandatory to
contact Club Resorto My Booking Section for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to
refund your tickets booked at travel.clubresorto.com.
2- All cancellations
made directly with the airline need to be intimated to Club Resorto by updating it in the My Booking Section in order to initiate the refunds process.
3- Processing times
for cancellation and refund requests vary.
4- Convenience fees
paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee and the same shall be
applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation
requests, even when the ticket is directly cancelled with the airline.
5- The refund will be
credited back to the same account/mode from where the payment was made.
6- On the event of
cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, upfront discount and
promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from
the refund amount.
7- In case, where the
user has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airline, he/she will
need to inform Club Resorto with valid documentation to initiate the
refund process. It is advisable to contact travel.clubresorto.com within 24 hours of such a cancellation request.
8- Any amount paid
towards Meal / Seat / Extra Baggage is non-refundable. (Refundable
only if the flight is cancelled by the airline).
9- In case the airline changes its policy after your booking is made, the new policy will
be applicable on all such previous bookings.
10- Club Resorto will
be able to initiate customer's refund only after receipt of refund from
the airline.
